Hand crafted in-house from pressure-treated spruce wood, these sturdy, long-lasting structures boast chunky 150x150mm sawn posts, pre-notched roof spars, and corrosion-resistant fixings for unparalleled durability.

With various sizes available and all the necessary components, we provide a step by step fixing guide to make it a hassle-free DIY project. The gazebo frame only kits come in a beautiful tanalised finish as standard and can also look great if you are planning on staining or painting the frame.

    Due to timber being a natural product, sections may feature shakes. Graded timbers may feature industry standard ink stamps.

    Please note that posts are supplied at 2.4mtrs to allow for cementing into ground. For freestanding installations posts can be cut down to suit your desired headroom.

    Frame height above posts:

    • 2.4m width models: 465mm to ridge
    • 3.0m width models: 768mm to ridge
    • 3.6m width models: 880mm to ridge

    All sizes quoted are subject to minor tolerances.

    Delivery Information

    We offer a free delivery service to most parts of England, Wales and South Scotland, however unfortunately there are exceptions such as deliveries to post codes TR, TQ, PL, PA, PH, KW, IV, AB, DD & Northern Ireland which are areas we do not currently cover.

    After placing an order, what happens next?

    After placing an order with us, you will receive an automatic order confirmation via your email address entered at the shopping cart.

     

    You will next hear from us in approximately 10-15 working days when we will email you to confirm the delivery date and live driver tracking.

     

    Please await your delivery confirmation email before planning to receive and installing your kit.

    Do we accept Returns?

    We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. For further information please feel free to read through our returns policy.

    What wood do we use?

    All of our kits are cut from FSC certified, pressure treated spruce. You can find the wood section sizes used on each of our product pages.

    Do we offer bespoke sizes?

    We don't currently provide a bespoke, made to measure service, however we do offer a wide range of standard sizes to suit lots of outdoor spaces.

    Do we offer installation?

    We do not offer installation services at this time. However, our products come with a step by step fixing guide to make installation straight forward. 

    How difficult is installation?

     

    Our DIY kits are ideal to be constructed by keen DIY person(s) or tradesmen. 

    When attempting to build the kit, please allow as much time as you can and look through the fixing guide to fully familiarise yourself.

     

    Kits arrive flat pack with cut to size timber, ready to be assembled together with self drilling screws (included).

    How is the kit fixed to ground?

     

    Kits can be anchored to ground using bolt down base plates, brackets or cemented into ground.

     

    We supply corner posts at 2.4mtrs, this length allows scope to adjust the structure to your preferred headroom, working around fixtures such as raised decking, paving slabs etc.

     

     

     

    Please note, brackets or bolt down base plates are not included in the kit price. Please feel free to checkout the product specification for post size and make provisions to order any post accessories you need.

    How much does delivery cost?

    A free heavy & bulky delivery service is included in the price to most UK mainland post codes however please check the highlighted list below where exceptions may apply.

     

    PLEASE NOTE: ORDERS FOR DELIVERY TO POST CODE AREAS PH, PA, PL, EX, SA, TR, TQ, CT maybe subject to a delivery surcharge and possible increased processing time. Please enquire for further information.

    DELIVERIES TO POST CODE AREAS IV, AB, DD is not available.

    Where do we deliver to?

    We offer a heavy & bulky mainland UK delivery service.

     

    This includes most parts of England, Wales and South Scotland. Please check our product listings for exclusions and terms. Or if you are unsure, please feel free to message us with your delivery post code area and we will be happy to help you.

     

    Delivery to Northern Ireland is not available.

    Is tracking provided?

    Yes, live tracking is included.

     

    Look out for your delivery confirmation email which will include your delivery date, estimated time of arrival and a live gps driver tracking link for live updates on your delivery day.

    Where will my delivery be left?

    Delivery service is to front of house i.e kerbside, driveway or loading bay.

     

    If you have any specific access requirements or vehicle access restrictions please notify us in the checkout notes when placing your order.

    I wont be in for delivery, what can I do?

    Most deliveries arrive during normal working hours Monday-Friday. If you won't be present for delivery on the date and ETA provided, don't worry as we have some options for you.

     

    1) Leave in a Safe Place

    You can leave a message including your safe place request with our delivery driver on live tracking page. A contact driver button is provided on all live GPS driver tracking pages.

     

    2) Rearrange Delivery Date

    If you wish to re-arrange delivery for another date, please reply to our delivery confirmation email with your request. Requests should be provided with at least 48 hours notice prior to your delivery date.

     

    Please note that requesting another delivery date may result in further delays until the next weightslot to your post code area becomes available.
